External Account Failure message: Unable to delete remote folder

For the last two days when accessing one of my email accounts via web.mail.comcast.net I get an External Account Failure message "Error: system failure: Folder sync failed, system failure: Synchronization of folder 'Emailed Contacts' failed, system failure: Unable to delete remote folder, DELETE failed: DELETE failed." "The failed accounts will not update until the problem(s) have been resolved."

 

When I click, OK it takes me to account preferences.  What is it I'm supposed to change?
