Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

All of a sudden I am unable to receive messages.  I seem to be able to send messages, but when I try to receive a message using Send/Receive II get this:  "The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'mail.comcast.net', Server: 'mail.comcast.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E"  Please help.  I read on this board that I may have to change the Port, but no instructions for where or how to do that.

 

P.S. I just uninstalled and re-installed Norton Security updates from XFinity and problem seemed to occur after this update.
