Error Message no email access

As many peopl have already said...the is completely unacceptable for a company the size of Comcast/xfinity not fix an access to email issue. I spent over 2 hours yesterday with CS and nothing...since the conversion to the new email system I have had nothing but problems. I constantly get the same message 400 Bad Request...has anyone got the answer ...cleaning cache does nothing...even on my ihone the messages dont load...
