Enabling Cookies???

Everytime I sign on I recieve a message from Xfinity saying  "Please enable cookies". Should I?  Why?  How?

FWIW, the site won't function totally correctly if cookies are disabled.

Ue your browser Help facility and search under Cookie. That will give you the information on enabling/disabling/limiting cookies.
