How can I change the amount of days that old emails are on the server?

If you are still in the old email format, from the Inbox page go to Preferences>>>>>>>>>.Email>>>>>>>>>>>>Email Deletion Schedule.  You can set the time intervals for the default folders there.  If you are in the new format, there are no schedules you can edit.  Spam and Trash have defaults of 7 days and 14 days.  All other folders will hold emails indefinitely until you delete them.
