Emails won't load

Emails won't load

I see I am not alone, as others have had this problem today and as recently as a half hour ago.  Started a month or so ago, where it would time out and I would get the purple screen.  It worked earlier this morning, but has not for about two hours.  That said, I am able to get emails on cell from Xfinity, although I assume it is getting them not on the network, but through data.  I am also able to get it on our gmail account on our laptop.
