Emails not being saved to sent folder

Emails not being saved to sent folder

My sent emails are no longer being retained in my sent folder. This problem started in early November. I'm only accessing email directly from through comcast platform and don't have the account set up in any other devices.

From the Inbox page, go to Preferences>>>>>>Email>>>>>>>Composing.  The first item under your name is "Save Copy in Sent Folder".  Make sure it's checked.

The save copy in sent folder is checked. Still not emails being saved in my sent folder.

I continue to have the issue of emails not being saved to the sent folder. The box to save in sent folder is checked; no other platforms receiving this email. Now what?

It's  kind of a long shot, but try using a different browser and see if anything changes.
