Emails not arriving

Since yesterday lunch I have not received any emails. What is wrong?

This happens to me about every 3-4 weeks.  Not only do I not get my email in my laptop Windows Mail (Vista's equivalent to Outlook Express), all accumulated emails completely disappear from my xfinity mailbox.  It's quite infuriating.  Luckily, my desk top uses Outlook Express and all my email comes through on the desktop loud and clear.

Someone has set your account to forward all mail to another email address.  If you didn't do this, please immediately change this setting, and change your password and secret question.

I should note, you do have the option to Copy&Forward to an email address.  Currently, this address is only set to Forward.
