Emails no longer being received from various companies including Chicos, Michaels, Ulta Beauty, etc

For several months, quite a number of emails are no longer appearing anywhere, including junk.  When I tried to sign up again on Chico's  (clothing store) site, it indicated

my email was blocked.  I have never blocked any emails.  Most of the sites are companies, but I wish to continue to receive these emails.

Please advise.  

If you want, I can give you at least 15 sites that I'm no longer receiving emails from.
