Emails being marked as SPAM

Emails being marked as SPAM

We are a private organization with Comcast as our internet provider. However, most of our members are not being able to receive our emails. These emails come from various names ending with *@hsc.wvu.edu or *@lists.hsc.wvu.edu. We have asked our members to un-spam us, but that is not working.  What is the solution?

Call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue with those domains.
