Emails automatically deleted from my inbox

My Inbox had about 10 emails in it which suddenloy disappeared.  They are not in my Trash or any other folder....I never had this probelm before and suspect t has something to do with the new XFINITY email formatting which was rolled out the other day....I need those emails....Please help - Tony

Do you have the account enabled on more than one device?  If so, and it's set up using POP3, it may be downloading the messages and then deleting them from the server.  So you would need to check the settings.
