Emails Not Being Received

There are three emails I am not getting every month from Wells Fargo Bank. I went to add them to Safe Senders in preferences but that seems to be a function that allows you then to only receive emails from whatever you put in there instead of what I've seen before which is ensuring you get the safe sender emails. How do I fix this problem then with the Wells Fargo emails not getting through?

First, check your Spam folder to see if they are going there.  If not, call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue for that sender's domain-----------------
