Emails Missing

Emails Missing

I am missing emails from my Comcast account since August. Regardless of where it's sent from, I am not receiving any incoming emails. I've double checked this by sending myself "Test" emails from other sites. However, I am able to send emails from my comcast account and the emails are received by the recipient. 

 

I'm not sure what's going on. Please help me regarding this.

One thing to check for sure-------check to see if your "Safe List" has become enabled.  If you are still on the old email format, from the Inbox page go to Preferences>>>>>Email>>>>>>Email Safe List.  If you are on the new format, on the Inbox page click on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen, then on Settings>>>>>Mail>>>>>>Advanced Mail Settings>>>>>Email Safe List.  If it is enabled, nothing will get to your Inbox unless you had put the contact on that list.  So if it is, turn it off.

Thank you for responding. I have the new email format; I just checked the email safe list, but it was not enabled.

If it's not the safe list, I'm escalating this to the forum administrators to have someone look at your account.

MGfam91 -- I'll need to run support for this missing email issue. You have several user ID email accounts so I'll need to know if it's happening on all, a select few, or just one. Please send that to me in a PM.
