Can anyone tell me how to personalize my email so it always looks like this?  I can do it before I begin each email, but can't seem to get it set as the default.  I would appreciate knowing how to do this.  Thanks.

Re: Email

If you are still in the old email format, from the Inbox page go to Preferences>>>>Email>>>>Composing.  There you will see the option to set a default for fonts, colors and so on.  If you are in the new format, on the Inbox page click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the page, then on Settings.  Scroll down a bit and under Mail Settings you will see the same options.

Re: Email

Thanks so much for your reply.  I do seem to have the new format, and I have followed the steps you suggested.  However, when I return to my email, none of the changes are there.  What am I doing wrong?

Re: Email

I had the same experience.  What worked for me was to sign out of the account and back in again, which apparently makes the changes you made "take".  See it that does it for you.  You should also close out and restart your browser.

Re: Email

Thanks, again, for your suggestions.  Tried them ... nothing works.  I give up.  I've never been happy with any of my Comcast services; I'm considering going to AT&T.  But, I really do appreciate your efforts.
