How do I mark an email as "URGENT"?

Assuming you are sending a message with the new "Appsuite" webmail ("connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/..."), click "Options" in the compose window, and select Priority:High. How this appears to the recipient depends on the program, app, device, or web page they use to read their mail. You might want to include an all caps URGENT in the subject line just in case.
