We have two email accounts. The two accounts are being directed to two different URL's

 

1. https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/#!!&app=io.ox/mail&folder=default0//QUBO%60

2. https://web.mail.comcast.net/zimbra/mail?app=mail#1

 

We prefer to have both directed to #2. Anybody know how to change the account going to #1 to direct to the #2 URL?

It looks like you have one account on the old format (Zimbra), and the other on the new one (Appsuite).  The only way I can think of to do what you want would be to set acct #1 to auto-forward to acct #2.  But understand that at some point all accounts will be migrated to the new format, and that uses Appsuite for the email software.
