Can Xfinity please stop putting ads on my email page? They are freezing my activity. I am paying for my email service so my email page should be ad free. My computer is only 1 year old and has no problems until it enters a page with those little motion picture ads that XfinityComcast puts in.    Thank you, Chris

Re: Email

All ISPs use advertising for the revenue stream. You do have some control over what ads you see. Underneath any ad on the right side of the screen, click on "Ad Info". Or just go to this link-------------

http://xfinity.comcast.net/adinformation/

That will explain how you can opt out of some, but not all advertising. Or-----use a browser add-on called "AdBlock Plus". That will eliminate all of them. An even better option would be to use an email client like Mozilla Thunderbird or Windows Live Mail. That way you don't even have to look at the Comcast UI, and no ads.
