Email won't go to "reply all" when one of the addresses is bad or at least xfinity thinks it is bad

how can I get this thing to reply all even when it thinks one of the addresses isn't good?

 

I still want the message to go and simply not go to the bad address but to all the other ones..

You need to either correct or remove the problem address.  The default is that if the software sees a problem with an address it won't send to the rest of a group.
