Email will not load afte3r "upgrade"

Ever since Comcast email upgrade a couple days ago I cannot load my email - using IE 11 and Windows 7 - It loads with google Chrome but I prefer IE - any ideas? setting changes?  I have called Comcast 3 times, used online chats... No help.

Check under tools in IE and see if you have compatibility view enabled.  If it is, try turning it off.

Are you on Windows 10?  If so, did you try with Edge?
