Email validation loop

Okay, I've reported this problem twice and never heard back. The issue needs someone in backline support to look into it obviously which is near impossible to make happen when you ring up. You know how it is you are just an doing something stupid with your computer to them.


Anyway my account is stuck in an email validation loop. Everyime I log in it asks to me validate my email address which I do but this always fails. It always logs my out too so I am unable to access my account and it is been like this for six months. The only other option I have is to use Comcast as my email provider which I certainly don't want to do as I pay for a high end office 365 exchange account direct from Microsoft.


I am a seasoned IT professional and am not just doing something stupid. Its obviously some kind of bug with the web site or a database issue.


Any ideas, anyone?
