Email to Field says =?utf-8?Q??= and links in email aren't clickable

I'm experiencing an issue where emails that I get from a particular blog that I follow don't have clickable links and in the to: field it says =?utf-8?Q??=  rather than displaying my name or email (not sure if these two things are related, but they seem to be).

All the text and images are present, and the email looks like it should, but when I hover over the various links there is no option to click a link, nor can I right click and copy a link. It's as though all links have been stripped.

I've tried in every different browser, I've cleared cache and tried incognito.

I can click on links just fine in any other email client.

I would very much appreciate some help with this.
