Email subscriptions stopping after a few weeks?

Email subscriptions stopping after a few weeks?

So I signed up with an organization for a few different series of regular email updates. I received those email updates for about 3-4 weeks and then they went silent. I reached out to the organization and they claimed to fix whatever issue they saw. Again, I got email blasts from them for about a month and then they stopped again. (I know from other people in the organization that the emails were still going out while I missed them.)

Is there any possibility that something in Xfinity's email filters or security is flagging those email blasts, or emails from the organization's domain? None of their emails are going into my junk/spam folders, and I'm not getting any system emails saying anything was blocked, malicious, etc.

You can call Comcast security to ask if there is some blocking issue for that domain------------------
