Email subscriptions mistakenly marked as spam

Email subscriptions mistakenly marked as spam

I keep finding legitimate emails in my spam folder despite marking them as not spam multiple times.  I also added the senders to my address book but they still end up there.

 

What can I do about this?

This can happen due to the email being flagged by our security team, or if you have a filter preset to move these to spam. 

 

If this is a legitimate source that you wish to be removed from the spam, you might need to contact our security team by emailing them at abuse@comcast.net . Make sure to add details of why this should not be marked as spam.
