Email subject line "Support System" stating there was unauthorized use of my account - Phishing??

Email subject line "Support System" stating there was unauthorized use of my account - Phishing??

I received two emails from an email address of 

omaopa2@comcast.net

 

It has the interface of Comcast, so it looks real to the naive human.  It states that there has been unauthorized use of my account and to identify myself by giving them my drivers license #, date of birth, etc, etc.  I have attached a pdf print out of the email. 

 

I tried to reach out to a comcast representative via chat, but that was an hour ago, and the wheel is still spinning... telling me the chat window will open shortly.

 

I am furious with comcast customer support.  There is no easy way to report this phishing email to anyone because you can't get ahold of anyone from Comcast.  Not to mention that since they changed the email server software, it lags ungodly slow.  Like there are days that I will log on and have no problem,  and then the next time I log in, the wheel spins and spins for minutes at a time.  If I wanted this slow of service, I would have paid for dial up internet service.
