Email out for second week

 

I made the mistake of using comcast for my work and personal email.  Its been out for over a week now - going on ten days.  i see no where to complain nicely to comcast.   Frustration today is through the roof.   It is my mistake for relying on them - they have erased everything on account last time.   This time i have folders for customers etc. so i was thinking - im all set.   But it doesnt work AT ALL !!!  Any one with a clue from comcast have any kind of answers??

You say you have customers--------do you have a business class account with Comcast?  If so, they have their own support forums------------------
