Over 50% of the time, after I sign in, I cannot view my email. Instead,after the arrow goes counter clockwise for a minute or two I get a message saying "this page is unavialable" ???????????????????
it seems to be caught in a loop I have email but it will not let me get to the messages to read them whats goiing on?
I have been having trouble for about two weeks accessing my email. Connection very slow or not at all. Tired of looking at a spinning circle when I have important emails to access and send. What's up?
i called the help desk and they had me clear my cookies and cache... mind you i reboted the router/modem while on hold (use your cell to call) and they think the clearing of cokies fixed it... Idiots.
Email not working either thought it was my computer,used a different one same thing blue circle spinning but not connecting. great I ordered a gift certificate that was sent to my email for my Daughters Birthday. But i feel better because I see I am not alone.
Frustrated because I need to track a package but can not access email to get the tracking information. If I can't rely on this email, then my list of reasons to cancel my service is growing. We should at least get an error message telling us they are aware of the problem and it is being worked on.
Adding my voice to this discussion. I can't get to my email at all. I've tried 2 different Windows computers, IE & Chrome.
My connection to websites is fine; just can't get to the mail.
Interestingly, they may have been changing drop down menus. Now when I right click an email entry, the menu is changed, and appears to be larger, or more spread out. I don't know what Comcast is messing with.

Gotta laugh when I saw subscriptions in Reply to Message. E-mail me when someone replies??? WHY? I can't get in to do anything...I guess they have gotten so big they feel they don't have to do anything anymore. I have very important e-mails coming in, I'm glad I don't have to rely on comcast for my living. It would probably take 100 times more people than we who are voicing our complaints to say we've had enough of the sloppy mess comcast has made of all phases of their services. All I know is I'm ready to throw in the towel. If its not the internet, its TV and the agents are a joke. I think their trained to make it sound like they know what their doing, and just get you off the phone, that is if it didn't already cut you off when they say they are going to switch you to another person.............
I cannot sign out of my email. There are no drop down menus at all and no ads. Yeah on the no ads but not being able to sign out of my email account is not good? It is always something with COMCAST! =( Sure do wish Google Fiber was here in MS!

FOUND ON THE NETWORK". WHAT CAN BE DONE?
Why are you calling people who helped you idiots. If you found a person who really helped you on Comcast then say Thank You. You make customers sounds like idiots.
Getting POP3 server timeouts, opened chat with "tech" support, total waste of time! Happens all the time in the evening. The chat "tech" support ended chat when I requested a ticket be opened on POP3 server. It's Comcast server!! Reported employee ID in follow up survey! Always ask for employee ID!
