If you are using Xfinity Connect (on line email access):

 

New version of email-click the arrow next to Sort by on the right side of the page which is below the bar with the icons.

Select Date, then Descending.

 

Other version of Xfinity Connect-click the word Date on the far right side of the bar that contains From, Subject, etc.

 

If you are using an email client, you should be able to click the word Date just above the email list.
