I am not receiving emails from a certain client and the employees of that company. Receiving emails from others just them.

Are they getting any kind of bounce message when they try to email you?  And check your Spam folder to see if they are getting routed there.  You can also call Comcast security and ask if there is a blocking issue for that domain-------------------
