How do I setup the viewing of previously sent emails to see both From and To?

Re: Email formatting

If I'm reading your post correctly, I think what you are looking for is a thread of messages during a conversation showing both incoming and sent messages to the same people?  If so, on the Inbox page, at the top of the message list, click on "Sort by".  In the menu that opens you will see "Conversations" at the bottom.  Click on that.

Re: Email formatting

Thank you for your reply.   This still does not allow me to see in the folder view, both that I sent the email and who it was to.   In outlook for example, you can format your views so you see both.   I do not see that option in my Xfinity folders.

Re: Email formatting

Then other than the Conversation view, I'm not sure what it is you are looking at.
