Email files and folders, email messages
There is no backup that you can access. If you lose emails there is a chance that Comcast security could recover them, depending on how long they have been gone. You would need to use a desktop email client like Outlook, Mac Mail, Thunderbird or some other to use as a backup. This applies to any webmail account, not just Comcast.
