Email does not work

Email does not work

Upgraded to windows 10.  I can connect to Xfinity, but when I click the icon to go to my email, all I get is the spinning donut.  Nothing else has changed.

Which browser and version are you using please?

Have you cleared your cache?

 

IF USING Internet a Explorer:  click on Tools, then on Internet Options.  Make sure that Compatbility View is enabled.



Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

Everything works fine with Internet Explorer.  The issue appears to be within the EDGE browser app from xfinity.
