I have a question about comcast email. I tried to use the chat function, but it was taking too long

for someone to come on. I prefer not to talk to someone on the phone because that

will take a long time too.

Does anyone know if there is an email address where I can send me email question for

Comcast to answer about their email?

Anybody reading this, next to the email folder names it tells you how many emails/unread emails

are in the folder. We used to be able to put our cursor over the folder name and it would tell us the total number, read and unread, emails are in the folder. But now, it does not do that.

Does anybody know how we find out the total number of emails in the folder, especially

if the number says 99+?

If you hover the mouse pointer over the folder, you should see the total number in the folder, and the number of unread.  If you are not seeing that, try using a different browser to see if it works for you.

Trying different browsers did not work. I do not know for sure if Comcast made

some updates or something, but it did not work. Also, I do not know if it is

because I am using Windows XP, old version.

I'd like to see the number of unread e-mails in the inbox displayed in the tab like it used to do. And no more of this "99+" nonsense.

I totally agree. I need to know the exact number because if the number gets too high for me, I won't

be able to delete the emails and get the number of emails back to a reasonable number.

It is so frustrating. If 99+, is their new system, I do not like it at all. I am glad that I am not the only

person who is frustrated by it.
