Email accounts

For the last 3 years, I have had 2 comcast residential accounts. I have a couple of  email addresses created on under account. Just recently, I moved and no cancelled one of my comcast accounts. I am worried that I will no longer be able to access my email addresses that were created under the cancelled account, and would like to know how best to resolve this issue without loss of email access.

You will need to call 1-800 Comcast. Tell them the situation.

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
