I have  inadverently added another account to my comcast. email the one i want to keep and the one i do not want is there a way to delete one with out losing the other

From either the homepage or the Inbox page, click on "My Accounts" at the top of the page. On the landing page sign into your Primary account. That will take you to a page showing your Primary name, and next to it are any other accounts you have. Click on the one you want to get rid of. Then under the Username" section, click on the blue link that says "Delete or Suspend User". Click on "Delete", and then on the "Confirm" button at the bottom right.
