Email Working Incompletely

I am using the Comcast email server.

 

Some (but not all) emails I send don't reach their destination, and some (but not all) emails sent to me don't reach me.

 

I have sent emails using the address book and not using it, and the result is the same. I send them to a friend, and he does not get them. But I can receive emails from him. I send emails to another friend, and he receives them, but I don't get his replies.

 

If I send emails from Comast.net to my work email server, no problem. And I can receive them at Comcast.net from my work email.

 

I have recently switched from Internet Explorer to Firefox, though I have gone back to IE to see if the problem arises there, and it does.

 

I have also recently upgraded to Windows 10.

 

Any suggestions?
