How do I retrieve and email I sent from November 2016?

Did you try opening your Sent folder and running a search for it?  Unless you deleted it, it should still be there.

I did that.  It has already been deleted.

If it was deleted in November, it's just gone then.  There is a recovery feature, but it only goes back two weeks.
