Why are messages from Comcast being received in my Outlook account?  Why are my Outlook messages being received in my Comcast account?  How can I make it stop?

When you set up the Comcast account, did you use your Outlook.com email address as the alternate contact information?  You are talking about messages from Comcast, as opposed to messages from everyone else right?  Things like your billing notice, or the Xfinity TV ads and so on?  Because if you did, that's why you're getting them in the Outlook.com account.

 

Also, in both accounts, you need to check to see if you have either one or both set to auto-forward emails to the other one.  In the Comcast account, from the Inbox page, go to Preferences>>>>>Email>>>>>>>Email Forwarding to check.  In the Outlook.com account, click on the gear icon at the upper right corner of the Inbox page, then click on Options.  Then under Managing Your Account, click on Email Forwarding to check that.
