Email Links Not Clickable

Email Links Not Clickable

I recently started having a problem with some of my emails where images are displayed but there are no active clickable links in the email. My email preferences are set to HTML. Is anyone else having this problem?

Re: Email Links Not Clickable

You need to clarify-------are you saying there are links in the body of the email that don't work, or in the image or what?  Are you using only the Comcast webmail interface and a browser?

Re: Email Links Not Clickable

I have also experienced the same issue. I purchased tickets to a Fan Fest event and selected to have my tickets emailed to me. When the email arrived the "Click Here" link was not clickable. I reached out to the venue that I purchased from and they resent my email to GMail, where the link was clickable. According to their customer support "Looks to me that their security filtering on email is ruining our formatting. Its like it finds the equals and double quote and adds a 3D in the middle. Interestingly enough, the URL encoded character for equal sign is "%3D" but obviously the "%" is missing from what Comcast is doing to the email"

Start of the P@Home URL when email was sent to GMail: https://onsale.tickets.com/buy/MLBEventInfo?agency=WSHN_FF3&supplier_code=WSHV&orgid=31008

Start of the P@Home URL when email was sent to Comcast (I viewed the source code on the email to see the URL): https://onsale.tic=kets.com/buy/MLBEventInfo?agency=3DWSHN_FF3&supplier_code=3DWSHV&orgid=3D31=008

Please note that this is happening when I log into my comcast email on Chrome and IE. The P@Home link is also unclickable when I pull up my email on my phone (iPhone running iOS 11.1)

Re: Email Links Not Clickable

Hi! I am dealing with the same issue. It won't hyperlink with images or links in the email. It doesn't work in Chrome or Firefox.
