Email Issues

Xfinity email has become THE WORST. I open it, it spins for a while, takes a while to let me access my emails, doesn't remove items that I've deleted, etc. I've been using it since it was first available in my area (probably 15+ years) so it's not like I don't know how to use it, but it has become unusable.

 

Is there an upgrade available? I'm on Version: 7.8.3-1.1.0-18.

 
Can I use a different email provider but maintain my comcast address? I guess I would have to forward all my emails from my Comcast account to another one to do that?

But good luck exporting your contacts from webmail. It doesn't work and hasn't in months.
