Email: Get error message rather than email

When I try to sign on to my email account at comcast.net, I get this message:

 

This page isn’t working

If the problem continues, contact the site owner.

HTTP ERROR 413
 
Any help or problem solution would be great!

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.  Research I have done indicates that this may be browser related.
