Email Forwarding

Email Forwarding

I am trying to forward one of my email accounts to a different email.  I was able to do the other emails fine, but on one it is saying to enter a valid email to enable email forwarding.  I have checked and double checked that it is a valid email. I can log into the webmail for the new account and I'm getting emails sent directly there.  I just can't figure out why I'm not able to forward this one account.

Are you sure you're using @comcast.net, and not @comcast.com when you are trying to put it into the forwarding field?

The email I'm forwarding to is not a comcast email.  It's our own domain.  It worked fine on all of our email accounts except the one.

You will probably have to contact the support resources for the servers that host your personal domain....
