Email Deletions

I have three folders in my email account that I cannot get access too or delete.  I was informed many weeks ago a solution will be resolved but no changes have not been made. No updates and no service is getting annoying.

Re: Email Deletions

Can you see the folders?  What happens if you try to open them?

Re: Email Deletions

I can see all of three email folders in question and email messages, but I when I open or delete or move, it freezes my pc.  All other email folders are working fine.  It's very frustrating, yet, infinitely says they are having problems and trying to solve it.  Emails were working fine several months ago but slow until they changed their website.  Now, it is much slower and takes longer to connect.

If you have not done so already-------------------

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session.

If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.  It is possible this is a browser related issue.
