I want to change my email address.

FIRST, please understand that if it is your PRIMARY Username and password, you might want to re-consider, and instead of changing your PRIMARY, leave it as it is using it only for account/billing.  You can very easily add a Secondary Username and password (email address) to your Account and use it for everything else.  Give the Secondary Username to all your relatives and friends and tell them to start using it always.


NOTE:  IF you decide to change your PRIMARY anyway, know that once you do, everything associated with your account right now will be gone.  That includes all Email in all Folders, your contacts, etc as well.  You will not have access to any of it.  That Username you had will be saved by Comcast for 90 days, then it is re-released so that anyone can choose it as their own.  Once you change it, you CANNOT get it back again.


To set up a SECONDARY email address:

1)  Sign in with your PRIMARU Username and password

2) Click on My Account

3)  Click on the Users and Settings tab you will now see in the new window

4) On the far right side, click on Add a User

5) Fill in all information

5) A window opens allowing you to type in all needed information
