I haven't been able to get into email for the last 3 days and BOY is it piling up. Is this a known problem or just happening to me. and you can't email me when someone replies cause i can't get my email.

What happens exactly when you click on the Email?  Can you get to your Inbox or not? 

Which browser/version are you using?  Have you cleared your browser cache?  If not, clear your browser.  Close and re-open after clearing it and then try again.

Have you tried a different browser just to test if the issue is with the browser currently being used?

Do you use anything other than Xfinity Connect for email, different email program, phone, tablet?

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
