We cannot access our emails.  We keep getting the page about updating our browser.  We already have the most updated version available for IE.  When we click on the link that says "I don't want to update-take me to Xfinity.com" the page just keeps resetting.

If you are using IE 10 or 11, make sure Compatibility mode is enabled for comcast.net. You will find it in IE under "Tools".
