E-mail issue again! Sent mail disappears

E-mail issue again! Sent mail disappears

My sent mail from the last two months has disappeared.  This happened before and I was given some excuse.  I am paying 182.00 a month and can't even pull up my sent mail.

A couple of things here-------do you have your account set to keep a copy of sent emails to the Sent folder?  From your Inbox page go to Preferences>>>>>>Email>>>>>>Composing.  Is the box checked to save a copy to the Sent folder?  Also, using the same navigation path, what is your Email Deletion Schedule set to for the Sent folder?
