New to forum. New to XFinity. Why am I being referred to as guest on my comcast e-mail account?  It says " welcome guest" even though I am signed in to my e-mail account.

It is a known, ongoing issue.  It is system-wide.  Comcast knows about it and says they are working to fix it, but it's been going on for a while now.  There is nothing wrong with your account.
