Direct to LoPhat...he answers my questions

I am tired of the trouble I have getting into my account...I have two accounts and if I can get into one it(Comcast) won't go to the other one no matter what I do ...like asking over and over and over for it in the sign in page. What to do?

Just a question for clarity.  Are you trying to sign in to residential email or to business email?

 

When you've signed into one account and then want to sign in to the next account, you've logged out of the first account.  Have you tried closing your browser and then opening it again and then signing into the second account?
