how do I delete from all my devices at once?  iPhone 6s, iPad Mini, Macbook Pro

On the iOS devices, click on the Email icon on the home screen.  Then tap the Comcast account.  On the message list page tap on Edit in the upper right-hand corner, then at the bottom of the screen tap "Trash All".  What are you using for a client on the Mac----Mac Mail, Thunderbird or something else?

I use the native email program on my Mac. I am familiar with a mass trashing, but what I am looking for is being able to delete an email on one device, and have it deleted on all three.

Then all you need to do is make sure you have the account enabled on all three devices using the IMAP protocol.  If you have one of them set up using POP3, that is why you are not seeing emails deleted on all three.  If you need the settings for Comcast, they are here--------------------

So you need to check the settings on each device and determine which one is using POP3, then re-create the account on that device using IMAP, and delete the POP version.
