Deleting emails

I have over 34k unread, unwanted emails in my inbox. Is there a way I can just simply tag them all and delete them all at once? Thanks for your help!

Re: Deleting emails

You can check the little box at the top of the message list in the Inbox page, and it will select all the messages currently displayed.  But that's only about 100 or so.  So you would have to do that a whole bunch of times.  The Inbox was never intended to store that many emails for a long time.

There is a work-around you can try;  from the Inbox page, go to Preferences>>>>>Email>>>>>>>Email Deletion Schedules.  Set the time period to something like a week or a month for both Read and Unread messages.  Then sign out of your account and back in again to see if it deleted all the older messages.  I haven't tried it, but it should work.
